12 Days of Holidays... Day 1 - Macro Friendly Chicken!

Let’s start the countdown to 2017, and make it our BEST YEAR YET! I love the 12 days of Christmas… so we’re gonna use that. For the 12th day, I’m giving you 12 of my favorite chicken recipes. Because I know you eat lots of chicken, and even though there’s lots of ways to prep it, chicken can get tiresome.

I hope you find some new favorites!

  1. Chicken Bolognese + Zucchini Noodles - From an AmandaLouise client and guest blogger, Katrina!

  2. Baked Chicken Breasts - You could skip the EVOO and use spray if you don't have the fat left in your macros…. Good, simple recipe.

  3. Macro Friendly Crockpot BBQ Chicken - Woohoo! A Crockpot means easy prep and a good portion for more than one meal.

  4. Blackened Chicken with Avocado Cream Sauce and Cilantro Lime Quinoa - Talk about shaking up your normal chicken recipes!

  5. 21 Day Fix Hasselback Chicken - Good fresh or as leftovers. Double the recipe for a couple extra servings.

  6. Clean Eating Chicken Chili - Hello comfort food! A batch cooked up over the weekend is a warm treat.

  7. Instant Pot (Pressure Cooker) Easy Salsa Shredded Chicken - Do you have an Instant Pot yet? WHY NOT? Get on that, and then get this chicken.

  8. Taco Lime Grilled Chicken - 3 ingredients and a grill. Yep, that easy and tasty. Great for salads, wraps, or alone!

  9. Easy Healthy Baked Lemon Chicken - Skip the butter and use spray if you don’t have fat in your macros. Still yum!

  10. Jalepeño Lime Chicken - Like a little heat on your chicken? This easy recipe gives you a new go-to.

  11. Slow Cooker (or Instant Pot) Chicken Tikka Masala - Use whole fat or light coconut milk based on your fat macros and enjoy a full-flavor dinner!

  12. Skinny Orange Chicken - Missing Chinese food? Whip up some of this orange chicken for a flavorful, LIGHT, replacement.
