Our guest... Hannah Lehrfeld
My name is Hannah Lehrfeld and I am a 15 year old student who is highly motivated by both academics and fitness. When I was 13, I began my fitness journey because I was insecure about my appearance. I wanted to lose weight, but I also wanted to make sure that it was the right kind of weight. I saw too many “skinny-fat” people on social media and I knew that wasn’t what I wanted for myself. Today, I’m proud, confident, and passionate about what I have done- and continue to do- for my health. I want to inspire other teens as well as adults around the world to begin their fitness journeys now because it's never too early or too late to get fit.

Hannah shares what it's like being in high school and focusing so much on her fitness journey
She believes that we need to start with our youth if we are going to change the obesity and health problems in our country. (can I get an AMEN?!)
Her passions are fitness and science
She's currently training for her first Figure show where she'll be stepping on stage with both her parents
How do we change the world? Not through regulation, Hannah says. It's going to be through personal lifestyle choices.
