The Updates…
I have recently become OBSESSED with Essential Oils!!!
My favorite way to use them in my office is by diffusing them in a diffuser. My go-to morning blend right now is Peppermint and Wild Orange. (<< Those are links to the oils I use) Together they provide an energizing aroma that puts me in the perfect mood to OWN the day!
Want to learn more about using essential oils in your Fit Chick life? STAY TUNED!!! We have some REALLY amazing things up ahead… and if you just can’t wait and want a sneak peek, shoot me an email at info@amandalouiseswimwear.com and put “OILS” in the subject!

TV - ‘THE BEACH’ - CHANNEL 4 UKChannel 4 has commissioned a coaching factual entertainment series THE BEACH. It aims to help fix the nation’s body confidence issues. Last year three new studies by DR Keon West of Goldsmiths university showed that people’s body image, self esteem and life satisfaction could vastly improved by seeing more normal, naked bodies. In the series DR Keon and Natasha Devon oversee a bespoke retreat where each week three people who suffer from a lack of body confidence join a returning cast of near - naked body positive brits of varying shapes and sizes on a sun-soaked island.
Ayesha is one of the main hosts on the show helping the unconfident people each week improve their body image. The hosts are in body paint (but this is something that hasn’t been realized to the public yet). It’s an extremely positive show that changed peoples lives significantly.
The Conversation
Ayesha came into the US for drama school with hopes of being a famous actress. She quickly learned that she was “too pretty to be the fat best friend, but not skinny enough to get the lead.”
Through that realization, and after letting the pressures of the Hollywood life get to her, she found modeling.
She is currently working as a plus size model who thrives in sharing the movement of body positivity.
Have poor self image? Try an affirmation board. Ayesha has a board outside her bathroom that has sayings like “you’re beautiful” on it. That way she reads that before she looks in the mirror.
If you tell yourself something enough, it will become your truth.
Book Recommendation - THE SECRET
Ayesha shares her experience of watching Rhianna’s lingerie line fashion show in New York, and how monumental that was for the industry.
We need to normalize the conversation around what it REALLY means to love your body.
She’s going to be on TV!!!!!! Stay tuned for The Beach, which will air on Channel 4 in the UK.
