Harmony struggled on her own journey with lifelong Acne and PCOS that propelled her to help others in the same position. She was able to heal herself 100% naturally and knew she had to share what she had learned with others! After trying every miracle cure & random voodoo remedy for acne under the sun without any success, Harmony realized there was a huge gap in support along with real quality information out there for women struggling with acne. She believes that no one should have to look in the mirror and feel disgusted & depressed with what they see staring back at them like she did for so long. Breaking out? Pay attention to the ingredients in your food. If you can’t pronounce it, don’t eat it! Also, try and avoid industrialized oils and sugar when possible.
Hormonal balance promotes clear skin.
Oil Pulling - I was fascinated by this! You can use a base oil, like coconut / grapeseed / avocado, and swish it around in your mouth for up to 20min to help remove toxins from the body. Make sure to do this BEFORE brushing your teeth in the morning, and on an empty stomach. You can also add a drop of essential oils! Harmony likes peppermint, orange, and lemon.
